The vaping figures are an approximation since some countries - 109 in all, and several in Africa and Asian regions - fail to collect data.
According to the report, as of February this period, at minimum 86 million e-cigarette users were mature individuals, mainly in developed countries.
And at minimum 15 million teenagers between the ages of 13 and 15 currently use e-cigarettes, based on surveys from 123 nations.
