Nearly 90 Flights Linked to Jeffrey Epstein Reportedly Came to or from UK Airports

An investigation has identified that close to 90 aircraft journeys connected to Jeffrey Epstein are said to have landed at and took off from British airports, with some allegedly transporting British women who allege they were abused by the found guilty sex offender.

Aviation Records Reveal Trail of Travel

These aviation records were among a trove of court documents and files made public by Epstein’s estate that have been released over the last year. The analysis found 87 aircraft movements connected to Epstein – encompassing many that were hitherto undisclosed – arriving or departing from British airfields between the start of the 1990s and 2018.

Passenger Details and After Guilty Verdict Travel

Unnamed “females” were documented among the passengers flying to and from the UK. Significantly, 15 of these UK flights took place after Epstein’s 2008 guilty verdict for soliciting sex from a child.

“It was ‘astonishing’ that there had never been a ‘comprehensive British inquiry’ into his operations in the country,” remarked American attorneys representing hundreds of Epstein survivors.

UK Survivors and Court Cases

A statement from one of the British victims was instrumental in convicting Epstein’s accomplice socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. Yet, that victim has not received any contact by British law enforcement, as stated by her Florida-based lawyer.

In a response, the London's Metropolitan Police stated they had “not received any new information that would support reopening the inquiry.” They noted, “If new and relevant information be presented to us, including any resulting from the disclosure of documents in the US, we will review it.”

Continuing Disclosure and Judicial Decisions

Proposed legislation to release all files held by the US government in relation to Epstein passed the US Congress last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to follow through. A vast number of files are anticipated to be released.

Separately, a federal judge ordered last week that the department could disclose evidence from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s close friend, who is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence over the charges.
